This retreat involves physical, mental, and emotional activities, including breathing exercises. As with all physical activity, the risk of injury cannot be entirely eliminated. Our teachers will provide verbal cues to guide you, but it's crucial to work within your own abilities and limits. Please consult your doctor and seek medical consent, if necessary. Note on transfers:

Please note that the journey from Catania airport to the villa is approximately 2 hours. To join our organised shared transfers, please ensure that your flight arrives in Catania by 2pm on the 17th and departs after 2pm on the 22nd, to align with our transfer schedule. While we arrange for efficient transfers, unforeseen flight times and delays might result in a wait at the airport before the transfer. We appreciate your patience.
