ZAGARA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for considering our retreat. To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, please review the following policies carefully. By booking with us, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.


BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Payments can be made securely online via credit/debit card or bank transfer. Details are provided on the booking page.


CANCELLATION POLICY
Deposits are strictly non-refundable
under any circumstances. Refunds for remaining payments, excluding the deposit, are available if cancellations are made more than 90 days before the retreat. For cancellations made within 90 days, no refunds will be issued. If instalments are not completed within one month of the due date and there is no communication from you, your booking will be cancelled, and your deposit and space forfeited.


HEALTH AND SAFETY
Guests are responsible for their own health and safety and must disclose any medical conditions or injuries before attending the retreat. Travel insurance is highly recommended, and all participants must be over the age of 18.

FOOD ALLERGIES
Guests must notify us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions at zagararetreats@gmail.com before booking. As meals are shared, we cannot guarantee that all dietary requirements can be accommodated. If we are not informed prior to booking and are unable to safely meet your needs, we will cancel your booking and issue a refund. Providing this information beforehand is essential to ensure a safe and enjoyable retreat for all participants.


LIABILITY AND DAMANGE
We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness during the retreat. Guests are responsible for safeguarding their own possessions. Any damage caused to the property or facilities during the retreat will be the responsibility of the guest.


CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We reserve the right to adjust the retreat itinerary if necessary. In the rare event that we cancel the retreat, all payments will be refunded. However, ZAGARA is not responsible for costs incurred in preparation, such as flights. Travel insurance is highly recommended to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans.

GUEST CONDUCT
Our retreats are designed to provide a peaceful and respectful environment. Disruptive or disrespectful behavior, including but not limited to verbal or physical aggression, may result in immediate removal from the retreat without a refund. If we feel the retreat is unsuitable for you at this time, we may issue a refund.
