ZAGARA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Thank you for considering our retreat. In order to ensure that your retreat experience meets your expectations, it is important that we clarify certain policies and guidelines.
The following terms and conditions outline important information about our retreat, including our cancellation policy, guest responsibilities, and other important details. We ask that you read these terms and conditions carefully and contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
By booking a retreat with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions. We look forward to providing you with a rewarding retreat experience.
BOOKINGS AND PAYMENT
Payment can be made using credit or debit card via our secure online payment system, or via bank transfer. Please follow the instructions on our booking page for more details.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing by email. While deposits are non-refundable, we are able to refund the remainder of payment, providing that cancellations are made more than 90 days prior to the start of the retreat. Cancellations made less than 90 days prior to the start of the retreat will not be refunded.
If you fail to make the remaining instalment payments within one month of the specified due date and do not communicate with us to update your payment status, your booking will be considered cancelled. In such cases, we reserve the right to automatically forfeit your space and cancel your space on the retreat. Please note that your deposit will also be retained. It is imperative that you communicate any payment issues or updates to us promptly.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
All guests are required to disclose any medical conditions or injuries that may impact their ability to participate in activities during the retreat. Guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the retreat and should take appropriate precautions. Please make sure you have taken out your own travel insurance.
FOOD ALLERGIES
To ensure a safe and enjoyable retreat experience, guests with food allergies or dietary restrictions must inform us at zagararetreats@gmail.com before booking. While we strive to accommodate various dietary needs, our ability to cater to specific food allergies may be limited.
If a guest books without notifying us of their food allergies, ZAGARA reserves the right to refund the booking if we are unable to safely accommodate the specific dietary needs.
LIABILITY
We will not be liable for any loss, damage, injury, or illness incurred during the retreat. Guests are responsible for their own possessions and should take appropriate precautions to safeguard them.
DAMAGE
Please be aware that guests are responsible for any damage caused to the retreat property or facilities during their stay. This includes but is not limited to damage to furniture, equipment, or other property.
We ask that all guests use the retreat property and facilities with care and respect to ensure that they remain in good condition for future guests to enjoy.
CHANGES TO THE RETREAT
We reserve the right to make changes to the itinerary and schedule of the retreat at any time.
RETREAT CANCELLATION
We reserve the right to cancel the retreat at any time due. In such cases, we will make every effort to notify you as soon as possible and provide a full refund of any payments made towards the retreat.
In the case of having to cancel the retreat, please note that ZAGARA is not responsible for covering your expenses in preparation for the retreat, including flight tickets.
We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect against any unforeseen circumstances that may impact your travel plans.
RESPECT FOR OTHER GUESTS
We strive to create a peaceful and respectful environment for all of our guests. We kindly ask you to pay attention to the below.
We reserve the right to ask any guest to leave if their behavior is deemed disrespectful or disruptive towards others. This includes but is not limited to verbal abuse, physical aggression, or any other behavior that interferes with the wellbeing of our guests and hosts.
If for any reason, we feel that this retreat is not suitable for you in this moment, we reserve the right to refund you for this.
